Cook&Eat: Rice Pudding

It’s a sweet sin to eat rice pudding. It’s the perfect dessert or a nice snack you have when you are hungry. Most important – it’s tasty and easy to prepare.


The needed products for 6 portions are:

  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 3 cups of rice
  • 4 cups of milk
  • 2 cinnamon rolls or 1/4  teaspoon of ground cinnamon


Clean and wash 3 cups of rice. Let it boil in a pot with 1 teacup water. Pour 4 cups of milk in a stewpan and let it sit there for 2 minutes. Add one cup of sugar in the milk. Then add 3 cups of rice and cook for 7 minutes over a medium heat till it starts to boil. Add  1/4  teaspoon of ground cinnamon to the milk with rice. Lower the heat. Cover the pot and let it stay this way for 8 minutes.
And your rice pudding is done!
