Cook&Eat: Courgettes

You want to cook something new and original? Here is the recipe for courgettes with a sauce made of sour milk and garlic.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

For 5 portions you will need:

  • 3 courgettes
  • 1 teacup oil
  • 5 soup spoons of flavor
  • 1 teacup our milk
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 dills

Wash the courgettes, cut them into big round slices and add salt. Pour the flavor in a flat plate and roll both of the sides of the courgettes.

Pour the oil in a deep stewpan and after it gets hot, put the slices into the stewpan and fry them. When the courgettes are ready, place them on a plate, covered with household paper to absorb the oil.
The preparation of the sauce is easy. Beat up the sour milk and add the pounded garlic. Cut the dills fine and add them to the mixture. Stir.
You will need one hour to cook the courgettes.
